Security

Travelbagtours online reservations system incorporates secure server technology with full 128-bit encryption to ensure that your details are completely encrypted for 100% secure transmission over the Internet.

Payment

You will need a valid credit card in order to confirm a reservation. Your credit card will be debited 14 working days prior to your arrival date unless you are otherwise informed and will be charged in Euros. All payments are processed locally by Meridian Travel. Your credit card statement will reflect this. Full contact details of the Travelbagtours Meridian Travel will be provided to you in your reservations confirmation email.

Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions will be provided via email once all necessary local arrangements have been made on your behalf. Real time bookings will be confirmed to you immediately. Reservations made during the week will in normal circumstances be confirmed within 24hrs. Confirmation of non instant reservations made over weekends and public holidays may however take slightly longer. If for any reason you do not receive notification please contact bookings@travelbagtours.com

Cancellations

14 or more working days prior to your arrival date - no cancellation charges. Between 14 and 7 working days prior to your arrival date - 15 Euro penalty charge. Less than 7 working days prior to arrival may incur a cost of one night's accommodation. No Shows will be charged a fee that will exceed the cost of one night's accommodation. Sightseeing/package tour cancellation policies vary; you will be informed of these policies before you receive final confirmation.These cancellation policies always apply unless you are otherwise informed. If you are not in agreement with any amendments to the above booking conditions reflected in your reservations confirmation email you will have the right to cancel your booking immediately without incurring any charges.

After Sales Service

Should the client be dissatisfied with any part of the schedule as paid for and agreed to, then the client must inform immediately the local Meridian office/representative in writing. If the client and the local agent and the supplier of the service booked and paid for cannot find a solution, then a report must be written and signed by the client, local Meridian office/representative, and the supplier outlining the complaint in detail. This must be then passed to our office by fax within 24(twentyfour) hours, and the tour operator will then contact the client directly and settle in an agreeable manner, which will be signed and agreed between the two parties accordingly.

Accident and Injury

The tour operator cannot be held liable for any accident or injury incurred by the client of any kind how so ever caused through any third party directly or indirectly. Such claims must be dealt with directly by the supplier of the actual service concerned.
