Location Overview

Sun Beach Resort is situated right on the beach of Ialysos bay, on the north-west side of the island. The Ialysos centre and village is within a 5-10 minutes walking distance, the city of Rhodes with its magnificent medieval town is only 10 minutes drive, and the Rhodesʼ international airport is within 10 minutes transfer time.

Sun Beach Resort consists of 87 Standard Guest Rooms, 18 Family Rooms, 88 Studios, 109 Suite Apartments and 3 Suite Apartments suitable for the less mobile with adequate bath. The Resort is family friendly, as well as friendly for less mobile persons because it has wheelchair access in all public areas.

Artemis Main Restaurant with demonstration dishes, show cooking & curvery, regular themed evening meals on buffet, Children's easy to reach buffet or menu, vegetarians options on daily basis, gluten-free & religious meals available on request. The hotel has also 4 bars.

At Sun Beach Resort Complex recreational amenities 2 fresh water swimming pools in separate areas of the complex with a separate children’s pool, umbrellas & sun beds free of charge, hotel beach sun beds and umbrellas are available at a charge, 2 floodlit tennis courts, 2 mini-golf courses, 2 table tennis, 3 billiards tables, 2 beach volleyball courts, windsurfing academy, Fitness Centre, sauna, Jacuzzi & massage on request.
