The complex is located in the town of Ios, with all its shops, bars, restaurants and interesting nightlife, yet it is still located in a quiet area. The sandy beach as well as the port is only 2.5 kilometer from the hotel.

Guests have the choice of nine apartments or studios, all of which are spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities to create a home away from home. Room amenities include a balcony with a mountain or garden view, direct dial telephone, fridge, fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer.

Unfortunately the Markos Holiday Club is not equipped with a restaurant or bar, but the reception staff will gladly assist with restaurant and bar recommendations and also the making of bookings.
